Navigating Recent Advances in Alzheimer’s Disease: Expert Insights on Neuropathological Diagnostic Markers and the Clinical Potential of Novel Disease-Modifying Therapies

September 14, 2022 - September 14, 2023

Are you up to date with the role of biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease (AD)? Biomarkers offer a promising path to early detection of AD, assessing drug efficacy, determining drug appropriateness, and even monitoring disease progression. As AD research continues, it is important for clinicians to stay up to date on current and future uses of biomarkers. In this activity, the association between AD and biomarkers and clinical symptoms of AD will be reviewed, the implementation of validated biomarkers for early detection of AD will be explored, and the potential of disease-modifying therapies will be discussed.
